Belvoir Glamping
Amazing stay! Beautiful location over looking open fields. Country walks on the door step. The site is spotlessly clean and well maintained. The shower block (which is more of an en-suite experience!) is cleaned twice a day and is the best I’ve used camping! The Engine Yard is onsite for food and drinks. Each tent has its own outside fire for those late evening bbq’s! Lovely hosts who are really friendly and helpful. They provide all the essentials such as a cooler, ice packs, cutlery, fire lighters etc for your stay. Would defiantly recommend 🙂
We had such a lovely time. The facilities on the site are great – attention to detail in the items supplied was really good. The location is fantastic. We visited Belvoir Castle Gardens which are very beautiful and in close walking distance. There are also restaurants and cafes just a 3 minute walk away next to the site where we had delicious wood fire pizza and chocolate gelato. We will definitely be back.
Our new glamping site at Belvoir Estate is rather unique. After all, it’s not every day you glamp next to a castle. Belvoir Castle has many similarities in design to Windsor Castle, a fact not lost on the producers of Netflix drama The Crown, who used Belvoir as a stand-in for the Queen’s home. It’s all a perfect, dramatic backdrop to our new glamping venture, a collection of fully-furnished bell tents, a quirky Gypsy Wagon and a homely Shepherds Hut, offering high-quality glamping accommodation fit for any King or Queen.
Our 5m bell tents, Shepherd’s Hut and Gypsy Wagon overlook the Vale of Belvoir (with stunning views and sunsets) and are located at The Engine Yard; a boutique retail site, which celebrates local food, drink and artisan shopping. At our new glamp site you can sip cocktails at The Balloon Bar, enjoy tasty woodfired pizzas at The Fuel Tank or a slap up meal at The Brasserie, and relax while enjoying Sushi and Champagne at The Duchess’ Parlour (opening soon). However you choose to spend your stay here, you’re sure to have a royal time of it.
We can provide bed and breakfast packages which are continental boxes delivered to your tent or a table for breakfast at The Brasserie. We also offer a number of other catering extras (thanks to our on-site Farm Shop & Butcher) you can see more details on these below.

Bell tents
Each tent is decked with fairy lights and bunting. You have your own table and benches, ideal for alfresco meals, and camping chairs set around a BBQ fire bowl. Inside you’ll find a snug space with rugs, lamps, a double bed with mattress and bedding, shower towel and hand towel per person as well as a luxury hamper. We can set up your tent to accommodate up to four people using additional camping mattresses – ideal for families or groups.
Shepherd’s Hut
The perfect ‘back to nature’ get away with all the luxuries of the Engine Yard facilities on the doorstep. You will wake up to private views of the beautiful Belvoir Vale whilst enjoying your morning coffee. The Shepherd’s Hut is lockable, has storage space under the bed and electricity.
Gypsy Wagon
A unique and beautiful wagon offers a private garden and all the luxuries of the Engine Yard facilities on the doorstep. The Wagon is lockable, has storage space under the bed and electricity.

Continental Box: £15 for two/£30 for four
Belvoir Granola, Fruit Yoghurt, Pastries, Jam, Fresh Orange Juice. Enjoy with your Fuel Tank blend coffee or English breakfast tea provided in your accommodation. The tea and coffee is sourced and ground by our on-site speciality shop, Cherizena .
Or book a table at The Fuel tank to enjoy something from the breakfast menu available daily between 10:00 - 11:30.

Did you know Afternoon Tea was invented at Belvoir Castle? By Anna Russell, Duchess of Bedford whilst visiting the 5th Duke of Rutland at Belvoir Castle in the mid-1840s when she decided the wait until Supper was simply too long!

Shoot Days
We can also arrange simulated clay pigeon days on The Belvoir Estate using the very latest clay traps together with the topography of the Estate for maximum variety and realism. Days take place outside of the shooting season and offer teams of guns the opportunity to enjoy the excitement of a real day's shooting in the summer months.
Tuition, refreshments, transport and equipment (5×150 bird drives, based on 16 guns) is all included in the day package from £200 per person. A minimum of 8 people per group.

Hot tub
Add a hot tub to your booking for a little extra luxury.
6 seater from £125.00 available Thursday to Monday only. Set up on Thursday so ready and hot for Friday weekend arrivals. Collected on Monday so you get the most use during your stay.

Facilities & Logistics
A new state-of-the-art shower block has been installed for glampers. This includes 7 shower wet rooms; each with shower, sink, toilet, mirror and changing space. One of the wet rooms has disabled access. The shower block also has two covered sinks for washing up and where you can get water for drinks.
– Check-in: from 15:00 – please advise your estimated arrival time and vehicle registration plate (secure gated access) when booking.
– Check-out: by 10:00 – we kindly ask that you leave no trace. Please vacate your tent, zip up the tent so it’s secure (weather), dispose of all litter appropriately and take all your belongings with you.
– The site is dog friendly but please bring their bedding and bowls. Please keep your dog on a lead and clear up after them.
– Parking is available on-site for guests. Cars are not permitted up to tents but we do provide trollies to help move luggage. For full parking details please see section 9 of our Booking Terms and Conditions.
