The space

A beautiful cottage set in a courtyard, opposite Croxton Lodge, on The Belvoir estate. Decorated by the Duchess of Rutland, this property has a contemporary feel inside, with modern amenities and is full of character and charm.

Set over two floors, you enter into the light and airy open plan living space. The kitchen area has a Belfast sink, whilst the sitting area has comfy sofas. The living area is snug but that’s made up by the beautiful bedroom spaces and the stunning location.

Three sets of open-tread stairs lead you from the living space up to the first-floor bedrooms. All bedrooms have en-suites. Two of the bedrooms have TVs and three have patio doors that open onto a private graveled area. Within each bedroom there’s bath robes and tea and coffee facilities.
