The space

A luxurious lakeside lodge, within private grounds on the Croxton Park Estate, offering tranquil views. Decorated by the Duchess of Rutland, this property has a contemporary feel inside, with modern amenities and is full of character and charm.

You enter the property through the kitchen which opens out across the first floor into the dining room, lounge and private bar. Nearly every window offers views across the lake and private estate grounds.

Downstairs, there is a games room with a full-size snooker table. The bedrooms, all with en-suite facilities can be found just down the hallway. Within each room there’s tea and coffee making facilities and fluffy robes.

The property sits on the waterfront of one of the estates private lakes. Here you will find lake decking and a patio area with seating, firepit and BBQ – perfect for soaking up the views while enjoying an alfreso summer evening meal.
